**Please note, the previous maintenance notice was removed. This maintenance window was originally scheduled for 5/15/16.**
During this maintenance we will be physically relocating 28 servers to our new datacenter. Even with the close proximity of the new location we are still planning for at least 15 minutes of downtime for the following services during the maintenance window:
- Ivy/Bonsai-1
- Some inbound call routing (from 63.211.239.181) -- most calls are expected to fail over to a redundant inbound router
- Some outbound call routing
- Some wholesale trunk groups (individual maintenance notices will be sent)
The maintenance window has been scheduled for 2 hours to allow time for testing and verification, though total downtime is expected to be under 30 minutes. Please contact Support with any questions.
