Two maintenances planned, unscheduled maintenance tonight (between midnight and 1am MDT Friday morning) and planned maintenance between midnight and 1am MDT Sunday morning.
Short intermittent downtime during the maintenance window is expected.
Friday morning maintenance is to hopefully resolve the issues we’ve been seeing with double-DTMF being passed to the PSTN when calling IVRs.
Sunday maintenance is to fix issues with ringback on LAX and testing a fix for ‘return-path DTMF’ on outbound calls for things like follow-me. Check here for updates as they come.
