A note on WAV uploads - until we have a converter for files, make sure to upload them as RIFF (little-endian) data, WAVE audio, Microsoft PCM, 16 bit, mono 8000 Hz.

Cancelled weekend maintenance from 6/14 has been rescheduled to 6/21 to work on DTMF issues and LAX ringback.
Adding ringback to LAX tonight until it can be fixed proper this weekend.
Maintenance for Sunday AM scrubbed. This maintenance will be rescheduled for a new window and status will be posted here.
Maintenance concluded for tonight with no great results, but inband seems to be working consistently. rfc2833 still sends double-digits. We’ll review tomorrow.
Starting maintenance for Friday AM.
Two maintenances planned, unscheduled maintenance tonight (between midnight and 1am MDT Friday morning) and planned maintenance between midnight and 1am MDT Sunday morning.
Short intermittent downtime during the maintenance window is expected.
Friday morning maintenance is to hopefully resolve the issues we’ve been seeing with double-DTMF being passed to the PSTN when calling IVRs.

Looks like we fixed the issues with outbound call quality. Please update us with any issues that you experience.

Add as much information as you can, including originating and terminating numbers, the time you called, your codec, device, proxy, etc. - we’re trying to find the common thread here to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
I’ll make a slight correction to my previous post. This totally awesome early media issue is only affecting lax.teliax.net. The other three proxies are not affected by this. It also seems to be affecting SIP ringback as well.
Interesting glitch with ringback to IAX2 devices on any proxy other than DEN. Remember that change we made to fix early media issues earlier this week? Causes a no-ringback issue for IAX2 devices connected to LAX, NYC, and ATL. We’ll be working on this.
Deploying Proxy Changes
We will be deploying changes to den.teliax.net, atl.teliax.net, lax.teliax.net and nyc.teliax.net tonight Tue June 2nd at around midnight.
The changes are to remove ringback that causes problems for some customers. Any outages are expected to be less than a minute and affect few if any customers.
