Maintenance - Sat 2 May 2009 - den.teliax.net
Maintenance related to IAX2 trunks on den.teliax.net will be performed early Saturday morning. No impact is expected for customers using SIP trunks or IAX2 trunks on other proxies. IAX2 customers are likely to experience some downtime or dropped calls between 12am and 2am MDT.
Update on voip-co4.teliax.com: Up and running, you will likely need to re-register if your service is still not working.
The IP on CO4 has been changed to 63.211.239.153 in response to the RTP storm from Level 3. Restarting devices in order to pickup the new ip resolves the issue for most customers.
We’re seeing an RTP storm from Level3. voip-co4 didn’t hang up 300+ calls, so we’re still getting the audio from them. The proxy can’t exactly process it properly, so it chokes and runs poorly. The good news is that it will return to normal on its own over the next eight hours. The bad news is that it’ll take around eight hours.
voip-co4.teliax.com continues to experience trouble. We are working to bring the proxy back up, and will post updates as we have them.
Some residual trouble with voip-co4, continuing to work on bringing it back up.
Update: Looks like something to do with DNS resolution, should be up and running now.
Something is going on with Level3, possible
LAX/NYC/ATL trouble.
Interested in input on Tender. Do Teliax customers like Tender? Is it better or worse than the older email ticket system? How’s the documentation? Suggestions and comments are more than welcome, email benji@teliax.com with your insight.
Geoff Is onboard
Hey the sales guy learned something new. Very cool!
Getting Geoff up and running with Teliax Staus.
Change regarding NAT keep-alive. If you were having trouble with lost registration or no inbound, this might have been the issue. Having trouble? help.teliax.com
